How much does delivery cost?

Delivery costs are dependent on the product weight, and your delivery location. Please see our Delivery page for exact details.

Will I be given a delivery date?

Yes! For all orders, we will provide full tracking details so you know exactly when your order is coming.

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver worldwide! Please Contact Us for a specific delivery quote for non-UK orders.

What happens after I place my order?

After you place your order, you will receive an email confirming your order details. If necessary, one of our friendly advisors will be in touch within 24 hours to discuss the finer details and sizing to ensure your bespoke order is made to perfection. We will also advise you on the delivery details, and answer any other questions you have. Your order will then be passed to our talented production team who will get to work. So, you can just put your feet up and start planning your next trip away!

My mattress is an odd shape / size, can you help?

Yes, we specialise in odd shapes! All of our mattresses are made to measure and can be made to absolutely any shape or size.

How do I measure my mattress?

We have a number of different methods to ensure your new mattress is made to a perfect fit. Please see our step by step guide, or contact us for more advice.

Which mattress is right for me?

There’s no one answer for this as it depends on many factors such as body shape, sleeping position, and personal preference! The good news is, all of our advisors are Sleep Experts who have undergone thorough training, and have many years of experience, to provide expert advice and help you choose the perfect mattress. How long does it take for my mattress to be made?

Our usual lead time is 2 – 3 weeks, but we are always happy to squeeze in an urgent order where we possibly can. Please contact us if you have an urgent deadline.

How will my mattress be delivered?

Our mattresses are delivered roll-packed for easy handling and installation. Simply place the parcel onto your bed, remove all packaging and allow your mattress to expand to it’s full size. It will take a few hours to reach fullness, so pop the kettle on whilst you wait and you’ll have a lovely new mattress by bedtime!

How do I look after my mattress?

As many caravan bed shapes are asymmetrical, the mattress cannot be turned or rotated. Luckily, our clever designers thought of this and specially created our mattresses so they don’t need to be turned. We also made the covers removable, so that they can easily be taken off and washed, keeping your mattress looking brand new!

What is the difference between reflex, memory and latex foams?

We only use the highest quality mattress foams, and offer 3 different types to suit everyone. Reflex Foam is a highly breathable and supportive foam, giving a “push back” feel to support your entire body. Memory Foam is a sumptuous foam that has a “sink in” effect, relieving pressure and moulding to your body shape. Latex Foam offers responsive support which adapts to your movement during the night. Can I try the mattresses before I buy?

Absolutely! We’d love for you to visit our showroom in the beautiful Norfolk Broads. Book an appointment today and spend as much time here as you like, we promise to wake you up before we close!

What is Algua fabric?

All of our mattresses are finished with a luxury quilted Algua cover. Algua is woven with microcapsules of spirulina extracts which contain natural vitamins, minerals and anti-oxidants to keep your mattress fresh, breathable and hygienic.

Can I see a sample of the fabric before I order?

Yes, you can easily order samples Fabrics online to see the quality and colour before you purchase

How do I look after my new bedding?

All of our bedding is machine washable. We recommend washing at 30 degrees and line drying to minimise the environmental impact.

How long does it take for my bedding to be delivered?

Our custom bedding usually takes 2 – 3 weeks to make. Let us know if you need it sooner than this and we will do our very best to meet your deadline when possible.

What is the thread count?

Our 100% Cotton is 200 thread count giving it a luxury, silky feel.

What is EasyCare made of?

EasyCare is a 50/50 poly-cotton blend. It is quick drying and non-iron making it very practical for life on the road!

How does DRY-Mat work?

DRY-Mat utilises a layer of micro-springs to create an air gap between your mattress and the bed base. It does not compress, so allows air to continually flow through this air gap, preventing condensation and mould. Due to it’s highly supportive nature, it also adds an additional layer of comfort to a thin mattress. It is such a simple yet effective solution, and as it is lightweight, versatile and easy to fit, it has quickly become a must-have product for every camper!

Can I put DRY-Mat on top of slats?

Yes! DRY-Mat will work in conjunction with your slats to increase ventilation. It also adds a sprung base layer to your mattress, preventing you from feeling the slats below.

Can DRY-Mat be used on folding / drop down beds?

Absolutely! DRY-Mat is flexible enough to move with bed, and at only 10mm thick, it doesn’t add excess height or weight. It is ideal for both manual and electric folding or drop down beds.

Can I wash DRY-Mat?

Yes, DRY-Mat is machine washable up to 60 degrees

How do I fit DRY-Mat?

It really couldn’t be easier! Simply place DRY-Mat under your mattress. Don’t worry about fixing it down as your mattress will hold it in place. You can trim the edges with scissors if required, to the shape of your bed, and the edges won’t fray. Once in place, it starts working straight away and will last forever.
